Refund and Returns Policy 

30 Days Royal Mail Return Policy

At Inanna Beauty LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, you may return them within 30 days from the date of delivery, following our return policy below.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging (where applicable).
  • Items that are damaged, used, or incomplete may not be eligible for a full refund.

How to Return an Item

To return your product via Royal Mail:

  1. Contact Us: Please contact our customer support team at [email] or [phone number] to initiate your return.
  2. Receive a Return Label: After contacting us, we will provide you with a prepaid Royal Mail return label.
  3. Pack the Item: Safely pack your item in its original packaging or a similarly protective package. Include the packing slip or order confirmation email in the package.
  4. Send via Royal Mail: Attach the Royal Mail return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest Royal Mail post office or arrange for a pickup.

Return Costs

  • If the item is being returned due to a fault on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), return shipping is free.
  • For any other reason, a small return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund amount.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and reflect the refund on your account.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items
