How To Use:

1. Apply a small amount of Brilliant Skin Micellar Water onto a cotton pad.
2. Gently spread evenly on the face and neck in an upward motion.
3. To remove waterproof makeup, press the cotton pad firmly on the skin, then wipe lightly.
4. No rinsing required; do not rub harshly.
